Shenzhen Auto Cross-Border International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. (referred to as Auto Cross-Border) was established in 2016 and is dedicated to providing reliable customized services for cross-border e-commerce customers.
Auto Cross-Border focuses on the first-leg logistics for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) in North America (Canada, the United States, Mexico) and Australia, as well as European countries. The company has signed primary contracts with several shipping companies (including Maersk, COSCO, WH, etc.), securing fixed cargo space for timely scheduling. They offer multi-location container unbundling, double clearance with tax payment, and nationwide pickup services. Major cities also support satellite warehouse receiving. The company has a 5,500 square meter consolidation warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong, along with five overseas warehouses each in the United States and Canada.
Approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Auto Cross-Border is a first-class international freight forwarding enterprise. It is a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) authorized by the Ministry of Transport of China (MOC) and registered with the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). The company is a member of the Shenzhen International Freight Forwarding Association (SIFFA) and the International Shipping Enterprises Alliance (ISEA), with a registered capital of 10 million (paid-in).

Development History
On May 15, 2016, Auto Cross-Border was founded, with the founder having over 20 years of experience in the North American market, including a decade in the Canadian market!
In 2017, Auto Cross-Border commenced operations on the Canadian route. To enhance operational qualifications and ensure cargo space stability, we applied for and received NVOCC certification.
In 2018, the focus shifted towards transparency and security in the supply chain, with investments made into the development of a logistics system.
In 2019, operations began on the U.S. route.
On April 1, 2021, Auto Cross-Border moved from its 200 square meter office in Nanshan Technology Park, Shenzhen, to a new 1,800 square meter facility in Xili.
In April 2021, Auto Cross-Border established its U.S. branch, and in May opened a self-owned 3,500 square meter overseas warehouse in the U.S. In July, we set up a branch in Canada, followed by a self-owned 3,200 square meter warehouse in Toronto in December. October marked the acquisition of FMC certification!
In March 2022, a professional legal team was hired to protect the legal rights of both the cargo owners and Auto Cross-Border, expanding our employee base to 110.
